  • Option for either full-time or part-time
    • Full time Monday-Friday 9am -5pm.
    • Part Time with shifts Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from
      9am-5pm.
  • $24 to $27 per hour to start with room for growth.

The Perfect Candidate: 

  • 1+ years of experience working with in an office environment.
  • Communicates professionally on the phone, in person and in writing.
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Has the ability to work independently and takes full ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills.
  • Works well with others at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to receive feedback and have constructive and respectful performance discussions.
  • Able to walk up to 2km in various weather conditions and lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Provides back up to the Client Services Coordinator (Front Desk) Office Services.
  • Conducts daily bank run and weekly grocery shop and other miscellaneous errands as directed.
  • Maintains a clean office environment including meeting rooms, kitchen, copy room, corridors and supply closets. Makes suggestions for improvement.
  • Stocks kitchen and ensures coffee supplies are stocked and products are within expiry dates.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies in accordance with monthly budget.
  • Stocks printing stations and ensures that areas are clean and tidy.
  • Assists with internal and client events including (but not limited to) set up/clean-up of boardrooms, maintaining boardroom inventory, and arranging catering.
  • Assists with administrative projects as required, including mail-outs, printing, binding, data entry, and filing.
  • Assists with corporate gifts and mailings including ordering, couriering and delivery.
  • Maintains filing system for void cheques.
  • Works with Social Committee to coordinate regular social events for the office.
  • Maintains firm event calendar and processes registration for external events as required.
  • Prepares outgoing mailings.
  • Scans and distributes all incoming mail to appropriate individual/department.
